Acceptable Use Policy
Guidelines for responsible use of Omnilib

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Omnilib platform and services. By using our Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
1. General Principles
Omnilib is designed to help users create valuable, meaningful content. We expect all users to:
- Use the Service responsibly and ethically
- Respect the rights of others
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to harm, deceive, or exploit others
- Take responsibility for the content they create and publish
2. Prohibited Content
You may NOT use Omnilib to create, generate, store, or distribute the following types of content:
🚫 Illegal Content
- Content that violates any local, state, national, or international law
- Content promoting or facilitating illegal activities
- Instructions for illegal activities (drug manufacturing, weapons, etc.)
- Content related to money laundering, fraud, or financial crimes
🚫 Child Safety Violations
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Content that sexualizes minors in any way
- Content that exploits or endangers children
- Grooming content or predatory material
Zero tolerance policy: Violations will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement.
🚫 Violence and Extremism
- Content promoting terrorism or violent extremism
- Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
- Content glorifying or inciting violence against individuals or groups
- Graphic depictions of extreme violence or gore
- Manifestos or content promoting mass violence
🚫 Hate Speech and Discrimination
- Content promoting hatred based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Slurs, dehumanizing language, or calls for violence against protected groups
- Holocaust denial or genocide denial
- Content promoting white supremacy or other supremacist ideologies
🚫 Non-Consensual Sexual Content
- Non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn")
- Deepfakes or synthetic sexual content of real people without consent
- Content depicting sexual assault or rape
- Sexual content involving animals (bestiality)
🚫 Harassment and Abuse
- Content designed to harass, bully, or intimidate specific individuals
- Doxxing or sharing private information without consent
- Threats of violence or harm
- Stalking or obsessive content about individuals
- Coordinated harassment campaigns
🚫 Misinformation and Deception
- Deliberately false medical information that could cause harm
- Election misinformation or voter suppression content
- Impersonation of real people, organizations, or government entities
- Fake news designed to deceive or manipulate
- Fraudulent schemes or scam content
🚫 Intellectual Property Violations
- Content that knowingly infringes copyrights or trademarks
- Pirated or stolen content
- Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, or proprietary content
- Plagiarism or passing off others' work as your own
🚫 Spam and Abuse
- Mass generation of low-quality or nonsensical content
- Content designed solely for SEO manipulation
- Fake reviews or testimonials
- Phishing content or credential harvesting
- Malware distribution or links to malicious sites
🚫 Academic Dishonesty
- Submitting AI-generated content as your own original academic work
- Content designed to circumvent plagiarism detection
- Exam answers or assignment solutions for academic fraud
Note: Using AI as a learning tool or writing assistant with proper disclosure is permitted.
3. Permitted Use
Omnilib is designed for legitimate creative and educational purposes:
✅ Encouraged Uses
- Creating original fiction, non-fiction, and creative writing
- Writing memoirs, autobiographies, and personal histories
- Educational content and learning materials
- Business books, guides, and professional content
- Self-help, wellness, and personal development content
- Research assistance and brainstorming
- Content creation for personal projects
- Legitimate journalism and reporting (with appropriate disclosure)
4. AI Content Responsibility
When using AI-generated content, you agree to:
- Review all content before publication for accuracy and appropriateness
- Fact-check claims made in AI-generated content
- Disclose AI involvement where required by law, platform policies, or ethical standards
- Not misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written when disclosure is required
- Accept responsibility for all content you publish, regardless of how it was generated
5. System Abuse
You may NOT:
- Attempt to bypass content filters or safety systems
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
- Attempt to extract, scrape, or harvest data from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- Share account credentials or API access with unauthorized parties
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or quotas
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
6. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it to:

Please include:
- Description of the violation
- Location of the content (URL or user information if available)
- Why you believe it violates this policy
- Your contact information
7. Enforcement
7.1 Investigation
We may investigate potential violations and take appropriate action at our sole discretion. We may review user content and account activity when we have reason to believe a violation has occurred.
7.2 Consequences
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations
- Content removal: Deletion of violating content
- Temporary suspension: Account access suspended for a period
- Permanent termination: Account permanently banned without refund
- Legal action: Reporting to law enforcement or pursuing legal remedies
Severe violations (child safety, terrorism, credible violence threats) will result in immediate permanent termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.
7.3 Appeals
If you believe your account was wrongly suspended or terminated, you may appeal by contacting appeals@omnilib.app within 14 days. Include your account email and a detailed explanation. We will review appeals but are not obligated to reverse decisions.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
